SkyBeam Pastures is a planned community specially zoned for the descriminating equestrian enthusiast. The area is off to a wonderful start with the introduction of SkyBeam Pastures (full estate region) and SkyBeam Trailridge (Open Space region). The regions have the feel of rolling Kentucky bluegrass country with white pasture fencing and riding trails, including mountainous ones, separating the area from SkyBeam Harbour Cove, and a lakeside (ok, currently 'coveside' but it will be a lake) show jump arena. Appropriate architecture will be required, ranging from converted barns/stables to southern plantation homes. Almost anything 'horsey' will be acceptable.

The parcels on the full prim region are double prim allowing for open countryside, trees and riding trails. The Open Space regions will continue the riding trails throughout, with most of the land and prims reserved for the resident owners.
